Installation Step 1:
Select the appropriate grub screw for your own requirements and partially insert the grub screw as shown.





Installation Step 2:
Slide the RJ45 lock over the end of your patch cable with the grub screw facing the same side as the RJ45 module clip.





Installation Step 3:
Plug the patch cable in to the device or network port required with the RJ45 lock unit still loose.





Installation Step 4:
Move the RJ45 lock unit up to secure the cable in position then tighten the grub screw to lock the cable and stop it from being disconnected.





Secure hub & switch connections:
The RJ45 lock can be used in multiport devices to lock down a larger numbers of ports in critical network devices.
